Comprehensive eye exam for glasses ($110)
Digital refraction to measure eyesight and eyewear needs to ensure the accuracy of your glasses prescription
Complete eye health check including intraocular pressure measurement (puff free), retinal photos and/or dilation
Screening for conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, ocular melanoma, and more
Dr. Curts will provide a detailed summary of your eye health and answer any questions you may have at the end of your exam

Comprehensive eye exam for glasses and contacts ($180)
In addition to the glasses exam elements listed to the left, Dr. Curts will fit and prescribe the perfect contact lens to meet your daily needs
This includes daily disposables, monthly or two week modalities in single vision, toric (corrects for astigmatism) and multifocal options
Trial lenses will be provided to ensure the best option has been selected prior to finalizing the prescription
No additional charge for contact lens follow-up visits needed for the first 90 days

Medical Exam ($80)
A problem focused visit to diagnose and treat your eye health issue
This may include infections, injuries, disease management, eye emergencies, flashes and floaters, or sudden changes in vision
